At HPSAC believe our job is to help everyone find their inner athlete. We are not a bodybuilding gym–we are a professional strength and conditioning facility that develops performance training programs to help you reach your goals.
Our coaches will train you like an athlete, so you will look and perform like one. You will run, jump, throw, push, pull, lift and squat–then do it all over again. But most important, you will have fun doing it.
We are not a boot camp, we won’t scream and yell at you–we will encourage you to keep pushing your limits so you can grow. At High Performance Strength and Conditioning we offer several performance training programs that we use to get you to your goal.

CrossFit is the best strength and conditioning program there is. CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, performed at a high intensity pace. All workouts (WODs) are 100 percent scalable to each individuals level of strength and fitness. We develop strength and conditioning which transfers to performance and durability in sport and everyday life.
CrossFit – Striking
Punching and kicking with true power, speed and accuracy require people to utilize their entire body – which is why striking movements are some of the most functional core movements you can do. In our CrossFit Striking classes you will train like a professional fighter – doing all the conditioning drills and training – all without the sparing.
CrossFit – Gymnastics
All human movement has some form of gymnastics at its core. In our CrossFit Gymnastics classes, you will learn and practice gymnastic movements to learn how to apply them to your athletics and everyday life.
MetFit was created out of a need we saw in our endurance minded clients. This program trains your mid to long range cardio using the most cutting edge techniques available. You will develop the strength and endurance to conquer any 5k, 10k, half or full marathon, triathlon, Ironman or any other endurance test you might face. There is no heavy weightlifting or high skill gymnastic movements in the workouts, but will be developing strength through other techniques while learning the POSE method of running.
Have you ever wanted to run a Spartan Race, Tough Mudder or any other obstacle course race (OCR)? Join our OCR Team and we will get you ready. There are less than 400 Spartan SGX Certified Coaches around the world – of which we are one – so come get dirty with us.
