30 Day Mobility Challenge
Starting July 1st we will be doing a 30 Day Mobility Challenge. Every day (or so depending on if we need to work a specific area for several days) we will be posting a new mobility movement in our CFCFamily Facebook Group. You can do this at ANY time of the day or night. Just make sure to get it done EVERY day. This is going to be fun (and painful at times if you’re doing it right). At the end of 30 days you should see a marked improvement in your performance and relief from any aches and pains you might have.
