Wow another year gone and new one that is unwritten. What type of this are you hoping going to accomplish this year? Please start thinking about where you want to take your fitness this year and let me know so we can start gearing the classes to help people reach their goals. I have some surprises in store for everybody as well this year.
Try to think of a monthly goal you want to reach each month and post it to the comments for everyone to see. Once it’s out there you will be more driven to accomplish it.
