For Time:

100 yard sprints x10.  Not run but sprint.  Rest between efforts as needed.

Homework Saturday 5-31-08

Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:

  • 5 jumping pull-ups (you may need to go to the park for this one)
  • 10 push-ups
  • 15 squats

Post number of rounds to comments.

Here is an example but with kipping pull-ups.

Here is some homework for those that can’t make it tonight:

3 rounds for time:

400 Meter Run
20 Burpees
20 Sit Ups
400 Meter Run
20 Box Jumps ( try and find something that is secure to jump on that is about 18″ high)
20 Air Squats

Here is what happened tonight:

Well tonight should have legs and shoulders burning.  Thrusters, handstand push-ups, slosh ball, walking lunges, and more.  That was great.

Rest Day 5-29-08

I was going to look for an image to put here of something to do with rest so I went to google and typed in the word rest and then clicked on images.  Give it a try and see what you come up with because there are some strange images associated with the word rest.  See everyone tomorrow.
